Privacy Policy

I collect your name, email address, postal address (for kit orders), and payment details when you book a session or order a kit. Payment is processed securely via PayPal/Stripe — I do not store your card details directly.

This information is used only to manage your booking or order, communicate event or delivery details, and process payment. It is not shared with third parties beyond the payment processor and courier required to complete your transaction.

I keep booking and order records for accounting purposes, then delete them after a reasonable period.

You have the right to ask what information I hold about you, request corrections, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting [your email].

Photography & Video Consent

By booking a Yalla Colours session, you agree that photos and video may be taken during the event and used by Alaa Waly / Yalla Colours for marketing purposes, including on Instagram, Facebook, and the website.

If you would prefer not to be identifiable in any photos or videos, please let me know before the session begins, and I will make sure to avoid capturing your face directly.

This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting [your email]. Any future use will stop, though content already published elsewhere (e.g. shared or saved by others) may not be fully retrievable.

Booking Terms — Live Sessions (Outdoor & Cosy Studio)

  • Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment.

  • The Cosy Studio session is ladies-only, hosted at a private residential address (shared after booking).

  • All sessions are halal and alcohol-free.

  • Materials and light refreshments are included; please advise of any allergies in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy — Live Sessions

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before your session: full refund.

  • Cancel between 24–48 hours before your session: 50% refund.

  • Cancel within 24 hours of your session: no refund.

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule a session (e.g. weather, venue, or unforeseen circumstances), you'll be offered a full refund or a place on the next available date.

Paint From Home Kit — Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Kits are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 5-7 working days of order. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your kit ships. I currently ship within the UK only.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your kit to return it for a refund, provided it is returned unopened and in its original sealed condition.

Once the seal is broken or any part of the kit has been used, it can no longer be returned, since the materials cannot be resold — except if the kit arrived damaged or with missing items, in which case please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible, and I'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
